The Developmental Confederate Diagnostic (DCD) is designed along the basis of the classical Freudian stages of development. The Freudian stages are listed in the DCD, as phases 2, 3, and 4. Up until the age of 6.

So it is deeply ironic, that Freud considered Religion to be childish when he only ever closely examined the child's development. He mostly ignores the Latent Phase of childhood, but is able to reduce the calamities of world war 1 to a conflated term: Thanatos.

Thanatos is a word that describes the emotion of despair, and says nothing authentically constructive. It is just highfalutin' cynicism.

For it is not by the logic of words, nor by the subtle nuance of faith, but by sheer observation that I noted the simple ontological fact that the 10 commandments, are directly associated with the entire spectrum of personality disorders.

First glimpses of these patterns emerged some time ago. But as you can see from the table listed, each of the 10 commandments can be directly associated with each of the 10 phases of development.

Phase 1 ... 1st Commandment (There is 1 God)
The Genetic Phase is the absolute foundation, this being synonymous with God is thus clear. Your Genes are omnipotent from the perspective of your psyche.

Phase 2 ... 6th Commandment (Thou shalt not kill)
The Oral Phase is your most base impulse of devouring to survive. Detachment from mammalian breastfeeding habits, will trigger the Id at its most violent root.

Phase 3 ... 5th Commandment (Honor your family)
The Anal Phase is complete when you can ensure the family space is not littered with your poop. This represents your sins generally too, intrinsic here is the separation between good and bad. At the appetite, the Id begins to be controlled by the Ego.

Phase 4 ... 7th Commandment (Adultery)
Freud's legacy is lost in the Phallic Phase. He is indeed correct to say that a child's sexual identity is manifest at the pre-school age. This is because the abstract idea, and the physical act, are separated by a long delay called the Latent Phase. But the Phallic Phase also represents the tongue, doing talking in a meaningful way. The child begins to behold the father seriously, as a rival for the mother. This sets the tone for future relationships.

Phase 5 ... 10th Commandment (Be not envious)
The Latent Phase is defined by group identity, and here Freud fails to see the root of war in such mob mentality. When the natural need to compare and be a bit envious is tightly constrained in school uniforms, as per Napoleon, then mass-formation envy becomes manifest as war. The groomers of war, attract those that feel the need to coerce others into their group; by ostracizing those outside the uniform clique. Americans have no idea how free they really are. But they are haunted by the ghost of Napoleon. Every generation has to defeat some foreign foe in the uniform of the communal hive mind. Kingless. Headless. Devouring all like a plague of locusts. I deal with this phase specifically in more detail in lecture 506.

Phase 6 ... 9th Commandment (Be not a false witness)
Puberty is often overshadowed by the resurfacing of Phallic Phase impulses, learnt and biological. But it is really the phase of articulation. Lies that take root here, can often last a lifetime. This is where the group identity gives way to the personal identity as sexual rivalry begins to manifest. It is also the phase of profound religious significance, with dissonance often associated with the difference between belief and knowledge. Retreat back to the safety of the group is typical of the generations since the Great War.

Phase 7 ... 8th Commandment (Thou shalt not thieve)
Adolescence is the age, where the male realizes he can be a thug, and the female can be a whore. It is important to see that whoring is really thieving, not a sexual dysfunction at its core. Most whores really make a fair amount just talking to shy boys. Like taking candy from a baby. But whoring does require delayed trauma in the relevant phase. Vital to see this covers a wide range of similar anti-social behaviors. Every type of protection racket is rooted in this mindset.

Phase 8 ... 3rd Commandment (Do not take the Lord's name in vain)
Personal Identity is intrinsically connected to one's name in the Young Adult Phase. Authentic, Divine purpose is embedded in each person's mission, which is acquired during these years. Men and women marry in the renaming ritual of marriage, but its all about the reputation of the individual. Of course identity is intimately related to career and children.

Phase 9 ... 4th Commandment (Rest on the Sabbath)
Middle Age is a phase that requires measured rest. Christ is accused and crucified in this phase. And my back is an utter pain of mess because I work too hard and do not rest properly. Its a side-effect of being a hedonist in my case.

Phase 10 ... 2nd Commandment (Do not worship Idols)
Seniors will often make the error of pursuing belief instead of knowledge into their latter years. So much is lost in the void of false belief. Most of the easily solvable ills in today's world are caused by economic frivolity. The most insidious parasite of all being quackery that destroys entire economies with useless sutures based on medicines that have zero value. Quackery is the ultimate Idol.

Phase 11 ... 1st Commandment (There is 1 God)
The grace of the Elderly hinges on the equal but opposite failing of tyrant and mooch. I'll tell ya more about this when I attain this age.

Freud's worst legacy is not realizing that atheism is a death cult. His ego was born on the euphoria of European military might. Germany then gobbled up, most of Europe, and in the process they murdered half of his family.

Freud died before he could see the splendorous catastrophe to which he inadvertently belonged, morph into everything he was against. The magnificent chivalry of the Red Baron, a burning wreck of mangled dreams ...

Where Germany went wrong will consume endless tomes for eternity. This will be discussed in the section on the Latent phase, which is all about that 10th commandment. Jealousy. The most difficult to prove. The easiest sin to creep into the mind without noticing. And it can disguise itself as anything.

It is vital to comprehend the fundamental difference between Religion and Theology. Identifying the void between believing and knowing.

Theology is never dogma, it always reflects as honestly about the unknown as possible.
Religion is the attempt to politicize Theology.
