Part 6.1 - The Freudian Cutting Edge


	Freud's entire perspective, consists of the early stages of personality development, up until the age of 6. He lays a foundation that is solid, but he never fully grasps the process that follows in later years. Like virtually all of us in this era, Freud suffers from what I call "Latent Phase Psychosis". Freud normalizes warfare. He does not seem to notice how endless rows of men going to their doom whilst holding phallic symbols of male domination in their hands, yields so easily to his own psychoanalysis. Perhaps he did see it; but could never articulate a solution. .

	Few might see the phenomenology in how the gun becomes a subconscious phallus. For some, a gun is just a tool, like any other tool. But a tool is a subconscious phallus too. Its just that if the only tool you have is phallic, then after a while everything looks like it needs to be penetrated. Not all cultures are as repressed as 20th century Europe. But during all of this drama, how many wonder with equal amazement at what the women were doing? Those women who had recently acquired their suffrage. In 1918 it was hoped that German women attaining the right to vote; would pacify Germany ... ... ... This chapter dissects the Latent Phase in detail, precisely because it is here that we find the root foundations of mass violence and warfare. The Latent Phase psyche manifests roughly between the ages of 7 and 10 years. The focus of the mind here is mass-identity. And the corresponding psychosis associated with this phase is thus Mass-Formation Psychosis. .

Part 6.3
Freud's Latent Subconscious


	It is vital to see that I am re-inventing old terminology that is not part of the DSM catastrophe. The term "latent" is somewhat ambiguous, and should not be confused with "Latent *Phase". Freud conflated these two ideas. He considered the Oral, Anal, and Phallic stages* as constructing subconscious ideas that stayed latent until puberty. But here the terms 'latent' and 'puberty' have now become their own phases. The phases are not sudden points of change but gradual processes that flow into each other. This thesis is primarily descriptive, rather than prescriptive. But any description implies a variety of prescriptive possibilities, which is why it is advisable to read this entire thesis, before taking any action, if you have the time. It is designed to be as brief as as feasible.

Part 6.4
Zeitgeist


	The zeitgeist of the 20th and early 21st century is a bloody mass slaughter. And all of us suffer from Latent Phase Psychosis one way or another. To comprehend the way in which the subconscious operates in the Latent Phase, we need a fairly good idea of the psychoses of the previous phases. Because retardation in those phases is what typically causes problems in the Latent Phase. But not always. Group-think entails that culture effects the mind. Mass-formation psychoses are thus seldom singular events, but most often part of a wider set of superstitions. Mass-formation psychosis is often inter-generational, even though its prime means of perpetuating itself is peer-to-peer. We can speak of two extreme types of Disorders here, like the other phases: Fixation and Retention. To be fixated on the Latent Phase means that there is delayed movement into the next phase. So endemic warfare is often typically an inability to properly transcend into puberty. And the obstacle that causes the retardation, is thus typically socially constructed. It is vital to see, that retardation in the Puberty Phase, often has little to do with physical puberty itself, but rather it is the psychological side of puberty, that has become the problem. The reasons for delayed puberty-of-mind can vary, being often psychological, but also social or environmental. In some cases, it entails mass-formation genital mutilation, or initiation rites. The Afrikaners and their 'veldskool' (bush-college), were as much a cause of racist apartheid as were the Nationalist schools themselves. And it is the very concept of school that often has become a legacy of psychological destruction, more than it is a place of learning in most parts of the world.

Part 6.5
All for one, one for all.


	On the other extreme, to be retentive on the Latent Phase can mean refusing to engage in mass-identity behavior at all. Or the individual tries to skip past it as quickly as possible, and enter puberty too soon. Again the reasons here can be external pressures, as well as the inability to adjust to the earlier phases of development. The permeations, and domino possibilities here; growing exponentially with each step. But it is not a boolean distinction simply between latent and fixated; because in most cases, in trying to resolve the complex, the individual willingly engages with the opposite. So a fixated person, will over-compensate with retentiveness when they become aware of their fixation. And vice versa. Oscillation between retentive and fixated behavior suggests a third type of mindset, which is better described as dissonant. So, to be latently dissonant, would be to go through extremes of mass-formation behavior, then also extremes of separation from society, until a better balance can be found, and the dissonance resolved. But we need to look at why Freud's generation just does not get to grip with these processes at all, despite the deep insight that he has: Freud, the German, cheers the start of world war 1, but his children suffer greatly. Freud dies just before the onset of ww2. His wider family are murdered by the Nazis for being Jewish. In that brief narrative we capture the entire calamity of the 20th century in the tragic life of its most astute healer. That Freud's name is crucified in the current era by outright lies and slander, is no real surprise. Because deceit is the hallmark of puberty.

Part 6.6
Ontology of the Latent Phase


	To prove the ontology of a Latent Phase, might seem awkward until we simply look at it from the perspective of Environmentalism. I compare the psychological life of leopards with that of lions. We can see that lions have a more noticeable Latent Phase psychology because they have a pride, whereas the leopard is an individual. This difference is due to their different environments. Mass-formation behavior is just more viable on the vast open plains than in the sneaky quiet confines of a jungle. For humans we have that Napoleonic relic: the school, to construct us in that same environmental role. Latent Phase development has certainly been extended by the industrial era. But long before industrialization, the length of the Latent Phase set us apart from the animals. I put this phase as age 7-10 years typically. But the Latent Phase does not just stop at age 11, when puberty begins. The phases are gradual, and the Latent phase can only truly said to be over at marriage. Do most women make every effort to kill off their husbands friendships as much as they can at this point? Or is this just European style misandry? Notice how the Latent Phase mob is typically under the control of a parental figure. This role gets very easily usurped. Shall 'mother' allow husband out to play with his buddies? Does he go to war on her orders? The Psychology of Warfare, is not psychological warfare. Just as the science of the mind, is not the mind of the scientist. But it all hinges on where the physics of the law, meets with the laws of physics. .

Part 6.7
What You See is What You Get


	Latent Phase psychoses, however, are intrinsically founded upon superficial visual constructs. The uniform is the prison of the sheeple. Fear of standing out, is in sharp contrast to puberty, where uniqueness counts everything. We can see in nature, how the social structure of horses occur in mass-formation herds. Whereby many females fixate on a Stallion. Then a bachelor herd also evolves to absorb excess males. The Phallic Phase psychology of horses forming a complex in their Latent Phase. They then acquire a gender-based organized culture; in a way which is similar to many humans. Wolfpacks, hyenas and, elephants are classic examples of animals with social structures based on gender roles. And those gender roles are acquired in a very short time. Even bees and ants have highly organized gender-role societies. At this point we are compelled to see how the mass-formation herd instinct is then controlled via manipulation from the next phase. Delayed pubescent psychology, is a sub-consciously sexual power-relation that is articulated from the apex of the mob. But it is also the means by which individuals break free from the group. The introverted adolescent phase that follows puberty, is typically egotistical in the extreme as the mind seeks after romance or children. Mass-formation psychosis, when it is truly diabolical, thus consists of domino effects on successive dissonant phases. If individuation belongs to the group primarily, rather than the self or the family, then often we see a hierarchy of psychoses that spread from one generation to the next. Typically, the phases are delayed such that the mind never quite completes the phases leading to genuine individuation. The emotional role of subconscious sexual promise, is typically extreme in the phallic retentive personality. And that is often an echo of sub-conscious maternal needs from pre-latent phases. In boy-speak: The mob finds a way to own you by your balls if you don't own them yourself. .

Part 6.8
Beyond the Latent Phase


	Beyond the Latent Phase, lies puberty. The psyche must now maneuver from group identity, to intimate individualism. Thus it is clear that the presence of mass-formation psychoses, must hinge upon hindrance to development in the Puberty Phase. So to resolve Latent Phase complexes, requires deeper analysis of the Phase of Puberty. The key sense here is sound, and thus articulation is vital. This is the phase of first love, and romance. Having the courage to stand up and be shot down. The 9th commandment is to not bare false witness. So the inability to communicate effectively with the opposite gender, is a prime reason for mass-formation psychoses. Mass-formation psychoses, by their very nature are headless, lacking individualism. This is the realm of the hive-mind. Puberty however breaks these moulds. It is often epitomized by a blood-ritual. Menstruation for girls paradoxically makes it somewhat easier for the individual to require personal psychological sanctity. For the boys to break out of the Latent Phase, there is normally a more contrived ritual. Circumcision never made sense to me. It seems like it was contrived as a primitive contraceptive in combination with a Latent Phase mass-formation control mechanism. But it is mostly typical of the Phase of Puberty. And its just an observation that circumcised boys are more likely to be repressed in the Puberty Phase. Even if the mutilation takes place a few days after birth. Boys often carry a knife at this age too, which has the same theme. But it seems that most of these behaviors are deferment to the reality that a guy has to be able to sacrifice his ego on the alter of women. To the extent that the teenager defers sexuality, is the extent to which susceptibility to mass-formation psychoses becomes the most viable alternative option. So obviously, the decision to individuate, must be self-articulated entirely.

Part 6.9
Beyond Puberty


	Puberty itself is more than the sexualization of the psyche. The individualization process begins here, as it is epitomized by articulation. Being able to approach a girl without attempted murder in reciprocation, requires understanding the historical narrative of Chivalry. The boys' blood sacrifice, is entrenched in medieval warfare. Modern sport may be toned down from the blood-sport of jousting. But the psyche of that lethal combat is always lurking in the subconscious. Failure at romance makes the person Pubescently Retentive. So a compulsion to regress into the mass-formations of the Latent Phase, traps the psyche into the hive-mind. The Theology of Christianity offers the individual personal existential revelation and relief from the travails of sin in the world. But the religion of christianism, then mimics that with its own shadow of mass-formation psychoses. Adolescence, is often suppressed entirely, yielding all the classic sexual dysphorias that plague the world today. But its at the Young-Adult Phase, where power relations come to a head; because here the married couple have structural apex authority over children. Now when people in this age range are themselves fixated on the Latent phase, then this is where the real social problems start to snowball. A terrible feedback loop begins, whereby older generations, fixated on their own Latent Phase psychoses, take pseudo-parental control of society. They project their own psychoses downwards onto the institutions that constructed them. The cycle can then spiral into all-out warfare; if the conditions in the socio-economic environment have enough dead wood to burn. .

Part 6.10
Mass-Formation Penis-Envy


	In the phases of the Developmental Confederate Diagnostic, the senses correspond in two sets of five. Note that the Latent Phase is primarily visual. You are what you appear to be. There is no real deceit until puberty. The eyes are not accused of lying, it is the tongue that awakens, as a subconscious phallus to thrust her individualism upon the static order of the infant. And his infantile marching infantry. Suddenly, girls realize they have radical individual power over boys. Ever since the Phallic Phase, when she is shocked to see that she did not actually get one of those things, she has felt inferior. A lesser being; smaller, weaker, protected. But at remarkable pace, as she moves into the Adolescent Phase, she surpasses the boys in the attention arena. She can now conquer even the most powerful man, with one sound. One lie. One scream. But what of the other girls? Those that are pubescently retentive? Those that are constructed in their own hidden Latent Phase? Because whilst the boys' infantry thrives on visibility, the gossipers stay hidden from sight. When mass-formation penis-envy becomes inter-generational, the situation was never more diabolical. For every platoon of boys armed with guns, is an equal number of girls, telling them to do it. Apartheid was ultimately witchcraft. That is why I could deconstruct it. .

Anecdotal A


	In the year 1984, my English setwork book was Orwell' s 1984. I was 14 years old in an apartheid brainwash school with a loaded rifle in my hand on the shooting range. I had an overwhelming urge to pop that silver bullet straight between the eyes of the so-called teacher. He had just whipped me for my hair being too long, and now he had given me a World War 1 rifle. It was pointed at the black silhouette made of cardboard, and I was told to "shoot the kaffir"... ... ... Sometimes a few minutes seem to linger forever. Those minutes still echo ... I still wonder about that cross-road. Would those narrow little dutchman eyes have gone squint as the gun aimed at him? And those cross-hairs in the shape of a crucifix ... Instead ... I took the Vow of the Nazerite. That Vow is in the Book of Numbers. In the year 1990, I told Afrikaner Conscription I will genocide them, if they touched one hair on my head. After 3 days of deliberation they ended Conscription. And THAT was how apartheid ended. I used to believe I was one among many, and whilst many followed after me that Summer, I have still not met one that went ahead of me, on the fateful day, when I decided that Fort England Mental Hospital, was better than the Weermacht. I could fill reams of words with all the little psychological battles along the way. How the person sent to sniper me, for a pro-marijuana protest in 1996; just ended up getting stoned with us instead. How I cannot count the other attempts on my life for there being too many. The threats alone could fill a few Novels. The personal attacks are so normal, its just like listening to a dog bark. As conscription ended, in their final debriefing, all those that at that point who were enlisted in the South African Defense Force, that knew me personally, were called together, and given their last brave army instructions: To "fuck my life up" ... So I need to supply some detail as to how they attempted to conscript the white boys, by giving us 3 options: 1) The military for 2 years, followed by 2 months every year until age 40. 2) Prison for 6 years. 3) Admit to being queer, and go to the Post Office for 4 years. It was clear to me that I was dealing with overgrown children who had not yet managed to transcend puberty. What serious military would put imbeciles in power over communication in the age of propaganda? I need to reiterate, for fear of this lesson being applied badly, that at no point was there any real war going down where I lived on the coast. Thousands of kilometers away from traditional Afrikaner parts of the country. Though the Post Office, made sure that it appeared to be world war 3. And people died, sure. They died, being sold as mercenaries across Africa, without knowing where or why. Soza boys. And these days, the post office, is the worst run institution ever devised. .

Anecdotal B


	How Latent Phase Psychoses form out of previous phase traumas is evident in the complex that evolved thus: A young boy and girl, in the Latent Phase begin to explore one another intimately at an age that is too young. Its a physically fairly innocent event, as they are not at puberty, but they get caught by a somewhat older 3rd person who simply laughs at their embarrassment. Nothing more seems to transpire. Just normal kids learning about boundaries. But the girl begins to panic later down the line thinking she has done some unforgivable act in letting a boy see her half-naked. She fears she is going to be found out, and her anguish becomes apparent. If you have read Dostoevsky, you will comprehend something of what she is going through. Eventually her mother, being certainly too zealous, corners her into confessing what she is hiding. She lies now, because she believes the 3rd party has turned her in. But it is her guilt which gives her away. She blames the 3rd party for molesting her. The 3rd party, not wanting to be a tattle-tail, simply states that nothing occurred, and does not know what the hysteria is about at all. This being an offense certain to bring a child a multiple repeated whipping. 6 of the best. He takes the fall to protect the younger boy. But it becomes clear through his testimony, that he is being blamed for nothing, and the girl then realizing her mistake decides to blame a fictitious 4th party instead. Now why the adults then accept the 4th party story, seems strange, as there is no real reason for her error. But the 4th party is a convenient political scapegoat. Now things blow over for many years. Its mostly just a forgotten lesson in life. Until the strangeness of how the mind works unravels this trauma as a complex, beyond puberty. As they grow up into young adults, the couple become very close to each other, often inseparable. Subconsciously, to defend their decision to blame the 4th party, the two culprits, then become aligned against all people who belong to the political group of the 4th party. They had absolutely unconsciously forgotten all the events that led up to them contriving to be part of a mass-formation psychosis against the 4th party. Even to the point of becoming fanatical about their hatred for the 4th party. They cannot admit trivial superficial guilt to themselves, so instead they project their own fears onto others. It is easier to blame an anonymous person from a foreign group, thinking the blame harmlessly dissolves into nothing. You cannot lie to your own mind like that. As a consequence of such mass-formation patterns, wars are fought. Countless people suffer and die at the hand of strangers who are blaming strangers for the shadow of their own infantile guilt. That is how childish war really is at its psychological core. Mass-formation temper-tantrum. .

Anecdotal C


	The Latent Phase is not only about mass-formation psychoses, but it is also often the root of the anti-social mind. The classical Inferiority Complex can have many forms. And any trauma that causes aggressive behavior hinges on feelings of being threatened. People who act superior, do so because they feel inferior about something. I put the anti-social personality disorder at the Adolescent Phase, elementally, as that concerns territory. But territory is founded on identity within the group. When the individual becomes psychologically isolated; this can be described as a Retentive Latent Phase. But the behavior patterns of the Inferiority Complex, although often expressed at this time, typically have dissonance in the earliest 3 Freudian phases. We saw in the previous example how society constructs Latent Phase Fixation out of fear. But in another city entirely, a 6 year old boy did get whipped 6 of the best on his first day in school. His crime was saying a swear-word in a language he knew nothing about at all. The word, being a colloquial form of 'copulation', the kid subconsciously retained the trauma until puberty. Upon which he became a virile sex-fiend. Seeing it his sworn duty to deflower every virgin imaginable, which landed him in violent trouble. So he learnt how to fight like a demon and made a living for a while in an underground fight scene. All the while leaving a trail of unwanted children behind him, his immediate thought at almost every second of the day was to just get laid. He became incapable of any sort of group effort. Always trying to rig any situation to his own personal advantage financially. Always on the run. As I think of this guy, I see so many others that fit his thinking. Although I cannot affirm what particular corporal punishment was afflicted upon all the others. They only started whipping me at age 10. That was for violations of hair, uniform and failure at Afrikaans. But it made me hate society for allowing those 500 or so whippings between age 10 and 16. But gees, I never got more than 4 at once. And that was age 13. To get 6 on the first day for saying something of which you know not the meaning ... That is diabolical in the extreme. Still; I have heard of worse than this by far. It just gets difficult to write it all. But I still hold each and every one of those school-teachers guilty. And I care not to prosecute, because I would rather wait until judgment day. God believes in double jeopardy, I reckon. So if they confess and pay the price now, then they escape hell. And I would rather have them rot in hell for all eternity. .

Grow Up Already


	Civil wars are not real wars. They seem contrived. International wars of boundaries, are wars over resources, because of population increase. That is not the same as battles of differing ideologies, simply struggling for a position of power. It may not seem like that to the outsider. But when dogs fight there is a world of difference between a fight over turf or food; and then a fight for dominance within a pack. The petty pecking-order of pre-pubescent policing required to drive a war machine is astonishingly infantile. But it requires a pseudo-parent personality to hold it all together. Just as a gang of whores requires a 'daddy' pimp, so each mob of soldiers requires a whore or witch. The sexuality is often mostly suggestive. Subtle, gentle-power-plays. Subconscious insinuations, and well-planted triggers that make the boys easy to keep docile. Like any beast of burden. But the psychosis becomes chronic, when the young-adults form their own delayed Latent Phase Psychosis. Now the 20 or 30 year-olds, revert back to being a mob of 10 year-olds, psychologically. This requires similar hierarchies up the generations for something on the scale of Apartheid, the Nazi's, or Napoleonic France. And yes, most specifically, Russia. But the real pivot in the whole mechanism, is that young-adults with the emotional minds of preschoolers, can and do take control of entire institutions, societies; and even the planet itself. Via gossip and slander. Rumor and fear ... and ultimately, ignorance. The ideal example in literary terms, of mass-formation psychosis, easily being the unrivalled play "The Crucible", by Arthur Miller. It epitomizes that awful vengeful power of the mob that is more diabolical than any bunch of soza boys and their guns a-banging ... A covern of witches with their tongues a-wagging ... .
